How Tracking Works

1. Order confirmed — You receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
2. Order fulfilled — Once shipped, you receive a shipping confirmation email with your carrier tracking link.
3. Track in real time — Click the tracking link in that email to follow your package directly on the carrier’s website.
4. Delivered — Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Didn’t Receive a Tracking Email?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can’t find it:

• Confirm your order is fulfilled in My Orders (some orders ship in multiple parts).
• Allow 1–2 business days after fulfillment for tracking to become active with the carrier.
• Contact us below and include your order number — we’ll look it up for you.
